At Infinity Rhythms, my goal is to provide a safe, healing space where we come together and dive deeply into our own healing process. When we take time to turn inward and listen, the vibration of our soulful self emerges, and we open ourselves up to our full potential. We are able to see, understand, and we invite in what we need to live meaningful and joyful lives. This journey can be challenging as well as rewarding, and this is a space where we come together and support one another through the challenges, remind one another of our resilience, share our stories, honor our truths, and celebrate our progress.

Aiyana's teachings are informed by her own healing journey, which began in earnest after her son was born in 1998. Through healing modalities such as Reiki and meditation, she worked through and released trauma and deepened her understanding that all true healing comes from embodying the full self and embracing community and natural world. She became certified in Pranic Healing in 2017 and Reiki in 2019. Aiyana completed her first Soma Breath Certification in March of 2023. Since then she has completed two more certifications, and is currently working on the highest certification for Neurosomatic Coaching. These trainings, accompanied by personal practices of Qigong, Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, 5Rhythms, Human, EFT, TRE, and other somatic practices, inform her offerings. Most recently, Aiyana completed the foundations course and tuning forks training with the Sound Healing Academy. Her teachings are also informed by a MA in Education and 35 years teaching students in the Santa Fe Public and private school systems. During this time, she focused on understanding how the human brain, body, and emotions inform leaning and one's understanding of self. As a colleague recently described her, she is focused on a person's "potential of who they can become." She enjoys leading breath work meditations, and providing sound healing, for teens and adults
During meditation, we connect with love, joy and gratitude. We open new doors and manifest healing and transformation. We connect with our truth and ground into our most soulful self. Meditations heal our nervous system, reduce stress, and develop our ability to remain centered and grounded in our truth when life presents challenges. Through meditation and the breath, we become our own healer and realize our best selves.
Through various breath practices, and by using the breath during movement, such as yoga, isometric exercises, and conscious somatic movement, we retrain our breath to increase CO2 tolerance, lower blood pressure, increase vasodilation, improve heart and lung health, strengthen and tone muscles, ligaments and tendons, and more.
We heal through joy and movement. Soma includes dance, shaking, and yoga designed to create a state of joy and freedom where we break through limiting beliefs.

From my students:
Ms. Pendleton's meditation has been helpful, fun, and a good tool to have during challenging times. I used the "Overcoming Performance Anxiety" meditation for the first time before a big speech, and I continue to use it before all of my tests. Throughout the entire practice I felt engaged and felt my mind and body returning to a calm state. I applied the breath technique until I began my speech, and I have continued to apply it before athletic competitions. The use of music got me excited to speak, and it was such a cool experience and feeling. I was terrified to speak in front of a crowd and after the meditation I was ready, excited, and in tune with what my body needed. This is something I will be using for my upcoming exams as well. High School Student
I was a student in Aiyana Pendleton's ninth-grade math class. It was nearing finals week, and Ms. Pendleton offered to host a meditation. The night before finals, we all gathered in a zoom room to do a meditation. Honestly, it was amazing. I had been stressed out all day, but during the meditation, my mind went blank. The method of breathing was so relaxing and mind clearing. When it was over, I was much less stressed out than I was before. The next day, my finals were the best final I had ever had. Not only my scores, but also in terms of being able to not be extremely stressed out all day!
I have never been a person who enjoys meditating, but after participating in one of Aiyana's meditations the morning before taking my final exams, I changed my mind. Despite the stress of the exams and the fact that I had only gotten 2 hours of sleep the night before, I have probably never felt as calm or relaxed as I did during and after the meditation. I still felt the calming effects of the meditation even as I took the exams, and as it turned out, I did better on both of my final exams that day than on any of the four other exams I had taken previously (without a meditation). Thank you, Aiyana!
From my Clients:
The style of meditation is relaxing and invigorating at the same time. It connects me with my body and breath, which I find important for my mental and physical health. It helps me alleviate stress and tension." Embree
“I am fairly new to meditation and breath work. I find the relaxing guidance of these meditations extremely soothing and grounding. It has served as a reminder that I am part of a whole. Reacquainting myself to my connection to the universe and earth around me, has given room for much needed emotional healing. I am much more aware of my breathing patterns during the day and have found that the soma breath work has been helpful in strengthening my lung capacity. The healing that I have experienced from joining these meditations has been physical, emotional and spiritual. I am so grateful for the gentle guidance these have given me.” Gabriela
"I had a very intense evening and your meditation took me to a place of peace and contentment. I was able to let it all go. Your voice was so in tune with the cadence of the music that it really took me deeper into the meditation. It just really flowed for me. I was left in a state of peace and relaxation afterwards."
