Work with me one-on-one: Individual Sessions and Series
As a Therapeutic Breath Coach, Reiki Practitioner, and Sound Healer, I weave together unique sessions and series for your specific needs and goals.
Single Session: $88 for one hour or $155 for 1.5 hours
- You may choose from one of the three modalities, or request 2 modalities in a one-hour session, or three modalities in a 1.5 hour session.
Series of Five One-on-One Sessions + Recordings for Weekly Practice - includes a free introductory call - Package $555
- My goal is to help you develop a healing, grounding practice during this series, allowing you to access your innate power to heal. If you truly own your practice, the connection you develop with your body, mind and spirit will allow you to move forward on your path.
- One-on-One Sessions are offered in-person in Santa Fe as well as on zoom for those who cannot, or do not wish, meet in-person
- Each week, you will receive a new set of daily practices tailored to your needs
- Sessions are designed for your Ayurvedic Dosha, and we will assess your Dosha as well as any imbalances you may have. Any medical restrictions will also be taken into account.
- Sessions and recordings are also designed around your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, goals, and desires.
- Recordings and sessions include meditatiotns, breathwork for relaxation and releasing stress, transformation, and changing habits. They can include yoga, isometric exercises and somatic movement, as well as chanting, humming and shaking.
- Add-ons include EFT, Sound Healing, and Reiki at at a reduced price of $55

- Visit the tab for free resources. Some recordings include breath retentions, which are contraindicated for some health conditions, as well as during the first trimester of pregnancy. Please visit the tab on "the method" to learn more. Only participate in breath retentions if you are certain they are safe for you.

- Of course, you may use these if you are not a student or teacher, but they are designed with these people in mind and some are shorter than a traditional Soma Breath Meditations.
