Soma Breath Challenge for Vitality and Strength: Enhance health and fitness through the power of breath.
Series takes place on Tuesdays in November from 5:30-6:30pm November 4, 11, 18 & 25 - These classes are in-person and online
You will deepen your practice each week, and each class will be recorded. For maximum benefit, you will need to practice throughout the week using the recording.
This program integrates a variety of breath rhythms, Functional Isometric Training (FIT), somatic movement, and yoga to build strength, resilience, and vitality.
You’ll be guided through exercises that use breath patterns from ancient Pranayama and Buteyko practices. These breath rhythms and short breath holds support longevity, balance oxygen and carbon dioxide levels, improve endurance, and increase resistance to oxidative stress. These practices also stimulate stem cell release, enhance blood flow to muscles, connective tissue, and the heart, and strengthen joints, tendons, cartilage, and bones—making the body stronger, more flexible, and more resilient.
Participants will enjoy a safe and supportive community according to their individual health needs.
A. minimum of 5 participants is necessary for the course to run, and you will be refunded if the course does not run.
