MEDITATION TRACKS FOR STUDENTS TO REDUCE STRESS AND PREPARE FOR ASSESSMENTS AND PERFORMANCES

I am deeply passionate about transforming the lives of young people, helping them tap into their own intuition and connect with, and lean into, their best selves. As a teacher, I helped students learn to trust and believe in themselves, empowering them to navigate the path of adolescence with confidence. As a sound healer, Soma Breath coach, and Reiki practitioner, I continue to support young people as they navigate the complexities of this world.

Moonlit Night: A meditation to prepare for sleep

This meditation is designed to use before bed so that you can fall asleep easily and peacefully. However, it is also wonderful for an afternoon relaxation session. Enjoy two rounds of 4:8 breathing accompanied by a deeply relaxing music track and visualization.

BOX BREATHING

This track is about six minutes long and I guide box breathing, where we breath in for 4, hold for 4, breath out for 4, and hold for 4.

FIVE MINUTE MEDITATION FOR RELAXATION

This five minute track includes 2-4 breathing, where I lead a short visualization to connect with the breath, and to help meditators use their breath properly, and then we breath in for a count of 2 and out for a count of 4.

MEDITATION FOR PERFORMANCE ANXIETY

I lead students through a meditation where they visualize success for an upcoming event such as a test, a speech, or performance.  Students could also use it before an athletic event or final exam. I can create meditation specifically for you situation as well. 

GRATITUDE

This meditation is about 4.5 minutes long and you are guided with 4:4 breathing and a visualization to connect with your heart and a sense of gratitude.

FOCUS ON SUCCESS

This 4.5 minute meditation is designed to help students create a successful mindset when faced with a challenge. It includes visualization and 4:4 rhythmic breathing.
